Friday’s Breathing Space

Now this is really taking the concept of ‘outside in’ literally!  This tranquil spot was the brainchild of Avanto Architects and designer Linda Bergroth, create an idyllic summer cottage in Finland.  They customized Kekkilä Garden’s Home & Garden Shed with wooden flooring, solar panels on the roof to enable lighting and paving made of local bricks. Can you imagine staying here? How peaceful! I would have to pack a crate of mosquito repellent though as being that close to the water would surely have me eaten up in two seconds flat.
